Welcome to Fischer Farm!
Our family farm raises Newagyu, heritage pork and lamb, and chickens for meat and eggs. We grow a large quantity of garlic, some garden vegetables and our maple syrup is wood fired for flavor. Our products are made with care for our family and yours!
Who We Do
We use long proven methods customized over 40+ years of farming in Vermont. Our beef, heritage pork & lamb, poultry, veal, garlic, garden vegetables, and maple syrup are made with care for our family and yours.

Our Goal
Our goal is to humanely and happily raise animals and produce the highest quality products possible. We work to improve soil health and breeding stock while conserving natural resources. Practicing and passing down vital skills is important to our family and we believe that keeping local products available benefits all!
